In the past, Elizabeth has held the positions of Ladies Auxillary President and Ladies Auxillary Member. Elizabeth has been awarded the Jefferson Award. Ann’s tenure spanned 50 years, 3 months, and 20 days with the Ladies Auxiliary of the Indian River Volunteer Fire Company after joining in October 1969. Ann served as President for four (4) terms of office; Secretary for six (6) terms of office; Treasurer for thirteen (13) terms of office, and Assistant Treasurer for one term of office. Ann also volunteered and participated on many committees including Parade & Special Events, Archives, and Judge. Ann actively participated with candy Easter Egg production as well as many breakfast events.

Ann was awarded a Life Membership in January 1991
