Indian River Mourns the Passing of Harry P. Dawson.

The Indian River Volunteer Fire Company regrets to announce that one of it’s members – Harry P. Dawson has passed away on November 7, 2019.

The Indian River Volunteer Fire Company wishes to offer its condolences and deepest gratitude to the families and loved ones of Harry.  We wish to offer the Dawson Family and extended families and friends our thoughts and prayers during this difficult time.

Harry served twenty-eight (28) years with the Townsend Fire Company (http://www.townsendfirecompany.org/) prior to joining Indian River in November 2002 and served seventeen (17) years at Indian River.  In total, Harry has served in the Delaware Volunteer Fire Services for the past forty-five (45) years.
