Nature: Automatic Fire Alarm – Residential - Plover Point

Location: 22195 Shorebird Way, 19966

On Thursday, July 30th, the Indian River Volunteer Fire Company was alerted for an automatic fire alarm in a residential location on Shorebird Way in the Plover Point development off Oak Orchard Road. It was reported to be an automatic fire alarm sounding.

Emergency response units included Chief 80 and Tower 80 from the Oak Orchard area and the Delaware State Fire Police.

Emergency response crews identified a culinary mishap.

All units were authorized to return or remain in quarters.
