Nature: Multi Residential Fire – Assist Millsboro (83)

Location: 22361 York Circle Millsboro, DE 19966

On Thursday, June 4^th, the Dagsboro (73), Frankford (76), Georgetown (77), Selbyville (88) and Indian River (80) fire companies were alerted to assist Millsboro (83) Fire Company with a working multi-residential structure fire on Yorck Circle in Millsboro.  Additional emergency alerts included the Sussex County Paramedics as well as multiple mutual aid companies for cover up assignments and other tasks.  These agencies included but not limited to Gumboro (79), Roxana (90) and Laurel (81) fire companies. It was reported to be building structure fire with first arriving units reporting on scene with heavy fire showing.

Emergency response units from Indian River included Tower 80 from the Oak Orchard facility and Squad 80 from the Long Neck facility.

Emergency response assignments for Indian River included aerial deployment and assistance as identified by the Officer in Charge.

The Delaware State Fire Police coordinated traffic control and scene access.

The Delaware State Fire Marshal is investigating.
