Nature: Automatic Crash Notification – Pot Nets Bayside

Location: 34705 Breakers St Pots Nets Bayside, DE 19966

On Tuesday, April 28th, the Indian River Volunteer Fire Company was alerted with an automatic crash notification in the area of Breakers Street in the Pot Nets Bayside development.  Additional emergency alerts included the Mid Sussex Rescue Squad.

Emergency response units from Indian River were held at their respective stations based upon an Indian River Fire Line Officer within the immediate vicinity of the incident address.

All emergency response units were cancelled after personnel could not identify any vehicle related incident in the area and no response to callback confirmation attempts.

CRASH DETECTION ALERT – DON’T IGNORE THE CALLBACK!

Your iPhone or Apple Watch may automatically detect a crash and contact emergency services. But did you know it can also trigger accidentally if you drop your device?

If you receive a call from 911 after a drop — ANSWER IT.  Let them know you’re safe.
