Nature: Carbon Monoxide Detector

Location: 32945 Edgewater Cv., Pot Nets Lakeside, DE 19966

On Sunday, April 5^th, the Indian River Volunteer Fire Company was alerted for a carbon monoxide detector activation at a residential location on Edgewater Cove in the Pot Nets Lakeside development.  It was reported that the CO detector was alerting.

Emergency response units from Indian River included Engine 80 from the Long Neck facility and Tanker 80 from the Oak Orchard facility.

Emergency response crew assignments were to mitigate the alarm, test with meter readings and identify areas of concerns.

It was determined to be a faulty detector.

All emergency response units were cancelled.
