On Tuesday, January 6th, the Indian River Volunteer Fire Company was alerted for a carbon monoxide detector activation on Falcon Crest Drive in the Falcon Crest development.  It was reported that the carbon monoxide detectors were beeping within the residential structure.

Emergency response units from Indian River included Engine 80 from the Long Neck facility as well as the Delaware State Fire Police.

Emergency response crew assignments included an exterior evaluation before commencing with the interior evaluation of the residential structure prior to being cancelled by the Incident Command.

All emergency response units were authorized to return to their respective quarters when complete with their respective assignments.
