Nature:  Auxiliary Volunteer Spotlight Segment Recognizes Kathy Hudson

In November 2025, the Auxiliary of the Indian River Volunteer Fire Company is honoring Kathy Hudson for her decades of service in its monthly "Volunteer Spotlight" segment. A dedicated volunteer with the auxiliary since 2003, she is recognized for her administrative leadership, work on various committees, and other tireless contributions.

Highlights of Kathy Hudson's service include:

Decades of volunteerism: Having joined the auxiliary in 2003, Hudson has been a volunteer for more than 23 years.

Instrumental leadership: Hudson has held several administrative roles, including Board of Director, secretary and assistant secretary, and has served for numerous committees.

Active participation: She is an avid volunteer who participates in many capacities to serve both the auxiliary, her church, and the fire company.

Dedicated community service: The recognition celebrates her achievements, experiences, and contributions to the volunteer organization and the community it serves.
