On Tuesday evening, October 21st, the Indian River Volunteer Fire Company was alerted to assist the Millsboro EMS Unit with a medical emergency by providing manpower assistance for lifting.

Emergency response units included Utility 80-11 from the Oak Orchard facility and brush 80 from the Long Neck facility.

Emergency response units facilitated the assistance assignment and was cleared to return to quarters.
