Nature: Medical Emergency

On Thursday, September 25th, the Indian River Volunteer Fire Company was alerted to assist with a medical emergency incident in the Downs Landing area near Gull Point.  Additional emergency alerts included the Mid Sussex Rescue Squad, the Sussex County Paramedics and the Delaware State Police Aviation Unit – Trooper #2.

Emergency response units from Indian River and the aviation unit resources were cancelled and authorized to remain at their respective quarters.
