Nature: Traffic Collision

Address: Dupont Blvd and Old Landing Rd Millsboro, DE 19966

On Monday, August 11^th, the Indian River Volunteer Fire Company was providing a standby cover up assignment when the Millsboro (83) Fire Company was alerted for a vehicle accident at DuPont Blvd and Old Landing Road in Millsboro. 

Emergency response units for Millsboro included Tanker 80 and Rescue 83 from the Main Station for this vehicle accident.

Emergency response crew assignments included patient stabilization by the EMS Unit, fluid and debris recovery, vehicle stabilization, and traffic control. 

It appears that a Chevrolet Cruze and a Nissan Sentra collided in the northbound lanes of DuPont Blvd at the Old Landing Road intersection.

The Delaware State Fire Police coordinated traffic control for the duration of the incident.

The Millsboro Police Department are investigating.
