Nature: Elevator/Escalator Rescue

Location: 34098 Harvard Av Carillon Woods, DE 19966

Early Friday, August 1st, the Indian River Volunteer Fire Company was alerted for and evaluator rescue incident within the immediate fire district.  The incident was at the Carillon Woods Apartments on Harvard Avenue. 

Emergency response units from Indian River included Incident Command 80 and Engine 80 from the Long Neck facility.

Emergency response crew assignments included facility evaluation and assistance with getting the occupant(s) out of the respective elevator car.

Each facility was notified to contact their elevator repair contractors for a service evaluation.
