Indian River Assists Community Church of Oak Orchard – Vacation Bible School Theme “Jesus to the Rescue”

Over the past couple nights, the Community Church of Oak Orchard hosted their Annual Vacation Bible School and the 2025 VBS Theme was “Jesus to the Rescue” and the Indian River Fire Prevention Cohort was invited to bring over apparatus for the VBS participants to review and learn about the rescue boat, the rescue truck and then enjoy a fire truck ride.

A "Jesus to the Rescue" themed Vacation Bible School (VBS) could incorporate activities focused on themes of salvation, rescue, and faith. Activities could include the actual fire companyt apparatus display and review, with question and answer session, as well as hands-on tour of the equipment.
