Early Wednesday morning, June 25^th, the Indian River Volunteer Fire Company was alerted to assist the Rehoboth Beach (86) Volunteer Fire Company with a marine unit fire in the West Bay Park Marina.  It was reported to be an incident involving multiple boats on fire and potential exposure concerns. 

Emergency response units from Indian River included 80-8 with 80 Marine 1 from the Oak Orchard facility and Engine 80 from the Long Neck facility as well as the Delaware State Fire Police.

Emergency response crew assignments included water supply operations while 80 Marine 1 was cancelled while responding to the incident location. 

It appears that two pontoon style boats caught fire while docked within the marina location.
