Indian River Offers Junior Fire Company Membership Opportunities

The Indian River Volunteer Fire Company has an opportunity for you! 

If you are a young member of our community, ages 14-18, you are eligible for a Junior Membership within the volunteer fire service.

Indian River is actively seeking young men and women, AGES 14 through 18, from our immediate area to join our “Junior Membership” ranks.   This program is a great way to introduce young members of our community to a career in the field of Emergency Services. 

We provide FREE training in all areas of Fire and Emergency Medical Services, upon availability. 

If you are interested in becoming a Firefighter, EMT, Paramedic, or other emergency services position, this program will give you the foundation you need to accomplish you career goals. In addition, this program introduces its members to the principles of teamwork, comradery, and community service.
