Indian River Coordinates Adopt-a-Highway Clean-up Initiative January 13, 2013 Location: Oak Orchard Road As many enjoyed the spring like weather on Sunday, January 13th, the Indian River Volunteer Fire Company coordinated an Adopt-a-Highway Clean-up for the entire section of Oak Orchard Road. The volunteers arrived at the Indian River Volunteer Fire Company in Oak Orchard and commenced with the clean-up activities picking up the roadside debris which accumulated approximately fifteen bags of trash and other debris along the side of roadway.
