Saturday September, 3 2011 Nature: Location: AMVETS Post #2 Address: Long Neck Rd Millsboro, DE 19966 On Saturday, September 3rd, the Indian River Volunteer Fire Company was invited to participate in a fire prevention awareness presentation at the AMVETS on Long Neck Road as part of their annual recognition of the Labor Day Weekend Activities. This event includes the display of Engine #80-3; public interaction with questions and answer dialogues, distribution of fire prevention information and fire truck rides for the children. This event was coordinated via the Second Assistant Chief Ryan Mock. The Indian River Volunteer Fire Company would like to acknowledge the support and appreciation of the AMVETS during this event.
