Nature: Annual Firefighter & EMS Appreciation Dinner
Address: American Legion Post #28
On Sunday evening, May 15th, the Ladies Auxiliary of the Oak Orchard-
Riverdale American Legion Post #28 hosted its Annual Firefighter and EMS Appreciation Event to recognize the local volunteer firemen and emergency medical response personnel as well as the Sussex County Paramedics.
Mrs. Tina Washington, President of the Ladies Auxiliary of the Oak Orchard-
Riverdale American Legion Post #28 provided a welcome and appreciation speech as well as presenting each entity with a monetary appreciation contribution. On behalf of the Sussex County Paramedics, Director Robert Stuart accepted the contribution and on behalf of the Indian River Volunteer Fire Company, President Patrick Miller accepted the contribution.
The Indian River Volunteer Fire Company would like to acknowledge the wonderful collaboration that Post Commander James Gallagher has inspired as well as recognizing the efforts of the Ladies Auxiliary of Post #28.
The evening was appreciated by all who attended.
