Thursday May, 12 2011 @ 22:54:07 Nature: Woods Fire Address: 25928 Kings Lane, Enchanted Acres, Millsboro, DE 19966 On Thursday evening, the Indian River Volunteer Fire Company was alerted for reported woods fire at 25928 Kings Lane, Enchanted Acres off of Long Neck Road. Emergency response units found a situation where the respective property owner was clearly burning leaves, wood, tree limbs, logs, etc. during a period of a known burning ban. Duty Officer Ryan Mock requested the complete saturation and extinguishment of the inappropriate fire and attempted to alert the property owner with no avail.
