Saturday October, 9 2010 @ 10:22:34 Nature: Traffic/Transportation Acdnt BLS Address: 28178 - 28224 John J Williams Hwy @ Rust Store, Millsboro, DE 19966 On Saturday morning, October 9th, the Indian River Volunteer Fire Company was alerted for a personal injury vehicle accident in the vicinity of Rust Store on John J. Williams Highway. It was reported to involve a four-wheel all terrain vehicle that was traveling on the roadway surface and apparently lost control for an unknown reason and ran off the roadway striking a replica of old time gas pump. The occupant of the four-wheeler desired additional pre-hospital medical evaluation but ultimately refused any medical facility attention. The Indian River Volunteer Fire Company assisted with the evaluation of the incident, provided traffic control assistance and evaluated the condition of the four wheelers involved in the incident.
