Nature: Chief Engineer Emeritus Plaque PresentationDate: Wednesday, May 2, 2018Location: Oak Orchard, DelawareOn Wednesday evening, May 2nd, the Indian River Volunteer Fire Company formally bestowed the Chief Engineer Emeritus Award and recognition plaque to James R. Wagner for his professional diligence and dedication serving in the Chief Engineer capacity as well as many other hats as illustrated Assistant Chief Engineer, DVFA Delegate and served on the Accident Investigation & Evaluation, numerous Truck Acquisition committees. James also has been awarded the President's Award, Top Incident Responder for many years, Indian River's Firefighter of the Year, Henry C.
