Story
On Sunday, April 8, 2007, at 12:08 a.m., the Indian River Volunteer Fire Company was alerted to assist the Rehoboth Beach Volunteer Fire Company with a reported working structure fire. Engine 80-2 arrived on location and was assigned as the Rapid Intervention Team (RIT). Additionally, members of the crew were requested to cut ventilation holes in the roof. The Indian River firefighters assisted the RBVFC for approximately ninety minutes.
