At 10:32 PM on November 5, 2004, we were dispatched to Route 24 in the area of the Baywood Greens entrance for an MVA with injuries. Upon arrival, we found a black Jeep that had been struck broadside by an SUV. The driver, seriously injured, had been thrown into the back of the Jeep. Both drivers were transported to Beebe Medical Center by ground transportation. The Delaware State Police FARE Team was notified and responded to the scene. Twenty-five firefighters were in service for 2 hours and 33 minutes for this call.
