On August 12, 2021 @ 5 p.m., the Sussex County Planning & Zoning Commission will hold a Public Hearing in the Sussex County Council Chambers located in the County Administrative Office at 2 The Circle, Georgetown, DE

The purpose of the Public Hearing is a Conditional Use Application for the Indian River Volunteer Fire Company to seek an ordinance to grant a conditional use of land in a “General Residential district” for an outdoor boat storage lot and an overflow parking to be located on a certain parcel of land lying and being in the Indian River Hundred, Sussex County, containing 1.006 acres, more or less.  The property is lying on the northeast corner of the intersection of Oak Orchard (Route #5) and Spruce Street – Tax Parcel # 234-34.08-53.00
