Nature: Automatic Crash Notification  - Rear End Type Collision

Location: 26756 John J Williams Hwy Millsboro, DE 19966

On Monday, July 21^st, the Indian River Volunteer Fire Company was alerted for an automatic crash notification on John J. Williams Highway in the vicinity of Piaffe Lane.  Additional initial emergency alerts included the Mid Sussex Rescue Squad and the Millsboro EMS. 

Emergency response units from Indian River included Tanker 80 from the Oak Orchard facility and Rescue 80 from the Long Neck facility. 

Emergency response crews were near the incident and immediately identified a rear end type collision with property damage only and no actual injuries.  The Delaware State Police redirected the vehicles to the parking lot of the nearby Royal Farms for documentation compilation.

All emergency response apparatus was cancelled and returned to their respective quarters.
