Nature: Fireworks Standby Crew Assignments

On Saturday, July 4th, the Indian River Volunteer Fire Company provided assistance for many activities with respect to standby coverage and assignments for firework displays.

Indian River provided three units and crews to the Rehoboth Beach Fire Company for a Dewey Beach firework display as well as an additional unit and crew to the Paradise Grill for firework displays.

• Dewey Beach received three units: Polaris 80 and crew, Marine 80 and crew, and Brush #80-00 and crew.

• Paradise Grill received one unit – Tanker 80 and crew.

These assignments were to assist and provided coverage for potential issues.
