Nature:  Automatic Crash Notification – Streets Road /John J. Williams Highway

Location: Streets Road & John J. Williams Highway

On Wednesday evening, September 9^th, the Indian River Volunteer Fire Company was alerted for an automatic crash notification on Streets Road and John J. Williams Highway.  Additional emergency alerts included the Mid Sussex Rescue Squad.  It was reported to be an automatic crash notification in the designated area.

Emergency response units from Indian River included Rescue 80 from the Oak Orchard facility and Squad 80 from the Long Neck facility as well as the Delaware State Fire Police.

Emergency response crews were cancelled and allowed to remain in their respective station after the incident was unfounded.

A survey of the immediate area did not yield any different results.
