Nature: Electrical Hazard - Oak Orchard Road

On Friday morning, September 4^th, the Indian River Volunteer Fire Company mitigated an electrical hazard incident on Oak Orchard Road as a result of the passing storms overnight.  The incident was downed electrical wiring as a result of a limb falling over the overhead electrical lines.

Personnel from the Indian River Volunteer Fire Company identified the utility pole numbers and requested a response from the utility service provider – Delmarva Power.

The remnants for the fallen tree will be removed by the property owner and the electrical wires were disconnected from the utility pole.
