Nature: Wires Down/Arcing

On Wednesday, August 26^th, the Indian River Volunteer Fire Company was alerted for a wires down incident on Clark Avenue in Riverdale.  It was reported that a garbage truck took the wires down.

Emergency units from Indian River were held at the stations as Safety Officer Hawkins responded directly to the incident location.

After evaluation, it was determined that the trash truck did not remain at the incident location and the wire was identified as a television cable wire.
