Nature: Fireworks Standby – Sun Retreats – Rehoboth Bay (formerly Leisure Point)

Location: Long Neck

On Saturday, July 5th, the Indian River Volunteer Fire Company provided designated standby crews for firework displays at the Sun Retreats – Rehoboth Bay Resort off Long Neck Road. These assignments included fully staffed apparatus from Indian River (80) with Engine 80-1, Brush 80 and Incident Command 80.

All units were assigned to facilitate incendiary safety resources and marine traffic was handled by DRNEC – Marine Police.
