On Monday, June 30^th, the Indian River Volunteer Fire Company was alerted for an automatic fire alarm sounding on Marina Bay Circle in the Peninsula development off Bay Farm Road.  It was reported to be an audible general fire alarm sounding at the residential structure.

Emergency response units from Indian River included Tower 80 as well as the Delaware State Fire Police.

Emergency response crews were cancelled while responding to the incident based upon a second call back and discussing with the residential occupant(s) and providing the proper passcode for cancellation.

All units were returned to their respective quarters.
