Just over three hours later, a second fire broke out about 20 yards away. Dispatched at 7:36 a.m., it involved another manufactured home, which was also destroyed.

Nature: Structure Fire
Location: 20386 Forest Rd Milton, DE 19968
On Tuesday morning, June 3rd, the Lewes (82), Indian River (80), Georgetown (77) and Millsboro (83) fire companies were alerted to assist the Milton (85) Fire Department with a working residential structure fire on Forest Road outside of the Harbeson area. Additional emergency alerts included the Mid Sussex Rescue Squad and the Sussex County Paramedics.
Emergency response units from Indian River included Tower 80 from the Oak Orchard facility and Engine 80 from the Long Neck facility as well as the Delaware State Fire Police.
Emergency response crew assignments included crews to the manpower pool for assignments, fire suppression activities, saturation efforts, and water supply for apparatus. Other Crews assisted with suppression and overhaul efforts. While on location, Tower 80 was utilized for aerial operations for fully suppress the initial fireground scene.
There were not any firefighter or civilian injuries.
The Delaware State Fire Police coordinated traffic control for the duration of the incident. Forest Road was closed between Stockley Road and Cool Spring Road.
The Delaware State Fire Marshal is investigating.
