Nature: Alarms - Commercial Structure

Early Wednesday morning, April 30th, the Indian River Volunteer Fire Company was alerted for an automatic fire alarm sounding at Tunnel Office on Anna’s Way.

Emergency response units included Tower 80 from the Oak Orchard facility and Engine 80 from the Long Neck facility as well as the Delaware State Fire Police.

Emergency response crew assignments included an interior and exterior evaluation which necessitated the maintenance personnel to respond. There was not any hazard for the office facility.

All units were permitted to return to their respective facilities.
