On Monday, March 10th, the Indian River Volunteer Fire Company was alerted to assist with a medical emergency incident in the Rehoboth Shores development off Long Neck Road. Additional emergency alerts included the Mid Sussex (91) Rescue Squad, Lewes (82) EMS and Rehoboth Beach (86) EMS and the Sussex County Paramedics.
Emergency response units from Indian River included Brush 80-0 from the Long Neck facility and Utility 80-11 from the Oak Orchard facility.
All emergency response units from Indian River were cancelled while responding to the incident location.
