Nature: Automatic Crash Notification
Location: ITAO - 23349 Indian Mission Rd Millsboro, DE 19966
On Saturday afternoon, March 8th, the Indian River Volunteer Fire Company and Mid Sussex Rescue Squad were alerted for an automatic crash notification on Indian Mission Road in the vicinity of the Independence development.
Emergency response units from Indian River included Tanker 80 from the Oak Orchard facility and Incident Command 80 and Engine #80-1 from the Long Neck facility as well as the Delaware State Fire Police and the Mid Sussex Rescue Squad.
Emergency response crew assignments included an area survey and evaluation of the location for the specific concern which did not result in findings. All emergency response units were cancelled and permitted to return to their respective quarters after the area survey was completed.
