Nature: Fire Police Assist Lewes (82) Vehicle Accident Involving Pedestrian
Location: John J Williams Hwy and Fairfield Rd Fox Hollow, DE 19958
On Tuesday, February 11th, the Delaware State Fire Police assigned to the Indian River Volunteer Fire Company responded and assisted the Lewes Fire Department with a vehicle accident involving a pedestrian.
Emergency response units from Indian River included two Delaware State Fire Police Officers.
Emergency response crew assignments included assistance with traffic control for the duration of the incident.
It was reported that a pedestrian was hit in the parking lot with unknown extent of injuries. This was in proximity to the Dollar Store in the Peddler's Village Shopping Center.
The Delaware State Fire Police assisted with traffic control for the duration of the incident.
The Delaware State Police are investigating.
