Nature: Cavalcade of Emergency Apparatus – Recognizing Chris Harsh

Location: Pot Nets Creekside – Long Neck

On Sunday afternoon, February 9th, a cavalcade of emergency apparatus representing the Indian River (80), Lewes (82), Millsboro (83), Pot Nets Security, the Delaware State Fire Police and the Mid Sussex Rescue Squad (91) attended the residential location of our Fire Police Captain Chris Harsh with an impromptu procession of emergency first responders to pay homage for Chris’ years of dedication and devotion to the volunteer fire service in Mount Joy Township as well as the Indian River Volunteer Fire Company.

Chris has been actively involved with Indian River for multiple years as well as being employed with the Security in the Pot Nets Communities.  Chris has fallen ill and is being assisted by Hospice.

The Indian River Volunteer Fire Company offers is best wishes and asks for thoughts and prayers for Chris’ family during these difficult times.
