On Wednesday evening, December 25th, the Indian River Volunteer Fire Company was alerted for a carbon monoxide detector activation on Timbercreek Lane in the Long Neck shores development off Bay Farm Road.  It was reported that the carbon monoxide detectors were sounding within the residence.

Emergency response crew assignments completed a 360 exterior evaluation of the residential structure, initiated monitoring and evaluation of the interior of residence with no detection or readings.  The property owners initiated natural ventilation prior to the arrival of the fire company.
