Nature: Duty Crew / Fire Prevention Initiative – Haunted Trail – Sun Outdoors – Rehoboth Bay

Location: Massey's Landing

On Saturday evening, October 19th, a duty crew with the Indian River Volunteer Fire Company attended the Sun Outdoors – Rehoboth Bay, formerly Massey’s Landing Campground, for a Haunted Trail event. 

This duty crew participated in many public relation activities which included monitoring the haunted trail to ensure campers were aware of fire prevention and safety tips which included campground safety awareness.  This crew utilized the ATV and interacted with the campers at the campground.

Additionally, this duty crew assisted with an emergency along the trail which required medical attention and transport to nearby medical facilities.
