Nature: Community Awareness Night @ Millsboro Middle School

Location: East State Street, Millsboro

On Thursday evening, October 17^th, the Indian River Volunteer Fire Company attended the Community Awareness Night hosted at the Millsboro Middle School.  The primary objective of the night is to let our families know about various organizations that are in our immediate area that they can take collaborate with. 

Many families and students had the opportunity to interact with representatives from the local emergency first responders including police, fire, JROTC, Sussex Central HS, Future Farmers of American (FFA), Nanticoke Indian Association and much more.

The Indian River Volunteer Fire Company provided an information booth hosting membership recruitment, fire prevention and fire safety publications, FILE of LIFE packets, and golf cart safety publications.
