Nature: Alarm Sounding

Location: 33571 Windswept Dr., The Peninsula, DE 19966

On Friday afternoon, October 4^th, the Indian River Volunteer Fire Company was alerted for an alarm sounding incident on Windswept Drive in the Peninsula off Bay Farm Road.  It was reported that the fire alarm keeps going and unsure if there is an issue or not.

Emergency response units from Indian River included Tower 80 from the Oak Orchard facility and Engine 80 from the Long Neck facility.

Emergency response crews coordinated an initial evaluation and discussion with the residential occupant.  The homeowner was apprised to consult with their respective alarm systems representative as was the security office at the entrance of the main development.  

All units were permitted to return to their respective quarters.
