On Wednesday evening, September 18th, the Indian River Volunteer Fire Company was alerted for an automatic alarm in a residential structure on Rivers Edge Road in the Stonewater Creek development off Indian Mission Road.  It was reported as the alarms were going off inside the residence for an unknown reason.

Emergency response units from Indian River included Tower 80 from the Oak Orchard facility and Tanker 80 from the Long Neck facility.

Emergency response crews coordinated an initial evaluation and discussion with the residential occupants.  The homeowner was apprised to consult with their respective alarm systems representative.  

All units were permitted to return to their respective quarters.
