Nature: Structure Fire

Location: 25861 Lingo Lane Lingo Estates, DE 19966

On Tuesday morning, August 20^th, the Indian River Volunteer Fire Company was alerted for a structure fire on Lingo Lane in the Lingo Estates development off Long Neck Road.  It was reported to be the smell of smoke within the residential structure.

Emergency response units from Indian River included Rescue 80 from the Oak Orchard facility and Tanker 80 from the Long Neck facility as well as the Delaware State Fire Police.

Emergency response crew assignments included an initial exterior evaluation as well as an interior evaluation which identified no issues of concern. 

All emergency response units were permitted to return to their respective quarters.

The Delaware State Fire Police coordinated traffic control for the duration of the incident.
