On Monday morning, August 12^th, the Indian River Volunteer Fire Company was alerted for a service call incident involving a dog locked in a vehicle with the vehicle not running.

Indian River response personnel responding in Brush 80-0.

Indian River personnel attempted to access the vehicle with various lock-out equipment to gain access for the pet owner.

It was reported that a white Range Rover vehicle stopped at the shopping center and accidentally locked the dog inside the vehicle.

All units were authorized to return to their respective quarters.
