On Monday, July 22nd, the Indian River Volunteer Fire Company was alerted for an alarm sounding incident on Greythorne Lane in the Seabrook development of Autumn Road. It was reported to be an alarm sounding incident with fire and carbon monoxide alarms sounding at location.

Emergency response units from Indian River included Tower 80 from the Oak Orchard facility, Incident Command 80 and Tanker 80 from the Long Neck facility.

Emergency response crew assignments included a completed 360 evaluation of the building with location of utilities and no change in conditions.  A crew was assigned to perform an interior evaluation as well.

The incident was reviewed with the residential occupants with the request to notify respective contractor for maintenance and additional evaluation.

All emergency response units were permitted to return to their respective quarters.
