Nature: Structure Fire

Location: 16189 Gills Neck Rd Lewes, DE 19958

On Monday evening, July 15^th, the Indian River (80), Rehoboth Beach (86), Milton (85), Georgetown (77) and Bethany Beach (70) fire departments were alerted to assist the Lewes (82) fire with a residential structure fire on Gills Neck Road in Lewes.

Emergency response units from Indian River included Rescue 80 and Tower 80 from the Oak Orchard facility and Tanker 80 from the Long Neck facility as well as the Delaware State Fire Police.

Emergency response crews reported to the manpower pool for delegation of assignments during the incident mitigation phase.
