Nature: Structure Fire

Location: 26185 Flying Bridge Ct Rehoboth Shores, DE 19966

On Saturday, June 8^th, the Indian River Volunteer Fire Company was alerted for a structure incident on Flying Bridge Court in the Rehoboth Shores development off Long Neck Road.  It was reported to be an odor of smoke inside the residence.

Emergency response crews from Indian River included Chief 80-15 and Rescue 80 from the American Legion Event, Tanker 80 from the Oak Orchard facility and Engine #80-3 from the Long Neck facility as well as the Delaware State Fire Police.

Emergency response crew assignments included an initial exterior evaluation of the structure, discussion with the residential occupants, and an interior evaluation of the structure as well. 

After an evaluation of the residential structure and consultant with the property owner all emergency response apparatus were cleared to return to their respective facility.
