Nature: Water Rescue Priority 1

Location: Indian River Inlet

On Tuesday, May 28^th, the Indian River (80), Rehoboth Beach (86), Millville (84) fire companies were alerted to assist Bethany Beach (70) Fire Company with a water rescue incident in the Indian River Inlet.  It was reported to be an unmanned jet ski floating in the Indian River Inlet area.

Emergency response units from Indian River included Brush 80-0 and 80 Marine 2 from the Long Neck facility and Utility 80-8 with 80 Marine 1.  Indian River units were assigned to stage at the Massey’s Landing Public Boat Ramp pending additional information.
