Nature: American Legion Post #8 – Community Day Event

On Saturday, April 27^th, the Indian River Volunteer Fire Company participated in the American Legion Day at Post #28 to bring veteran organizations and the community together to celebrate our patriotism and the symbolism of our flag.

Indian River provided its ladder truck with the large flag display as well as the fire prevention information booth, fire truck rides and apparatus tours for kids to go into the trucks and check things out as well as fire police to help with traffic control.
