Nature:  Paradise Pub – 3rd Annual Chili Cook-Off

On Saturday, February 17th, the Indian River Volunteer Fire Company was the benefactor of Paradise Pub’s 3rd Annual Chili Cook-Off Event.

This Paradise Pub Chili Cook-Off is intended to benefit a non-profit, charitable entity that benefits the community with the Indian River Volunteer Fire Company being chosen as the beneficiary.

The Indian River Volunteer Fire Company did have an apparatus display and was available to assist with any community inquiries.

In total Paradise Pub presented the Indian River Volunteer Fire Company with a check for $2,500 as well as a contribution of $100 from the successful 50/50 winner.

The Indian River Volunteer Fire Company hereby thanks Paradise Pub and Tortella Enterprises for constantly thinking of our organization with their charitable giving.

Indian River also acknowledges and thanks each attendee for their respective contribution as well.

Thank you to everyone who came out to support us today! It was the perfect day for Chili and some of the best local restaurants brought their A-GAME but 3 came out on top!

  • 1st Place ??: BANGIN MEATS with their Smoked Frank Burnt End Chili!

  • 2nd place ??: Amvets Post 2 with their Mexican Street Corn Chili!

  • 3rd Place ??: Bethany Blues with their Champion Chili!

Thanks to Bayside Deli, Tackle & Fuel for donating $100 back from the 50/50 raffle, the $5.00 entry at the door we raised an incredible $2,500 for the Indian River Volunteer Fire Department!”
